Tim comes to us with diverse experience in climate and energy-focused policy and advocacy. His previous climate work includes roles at Climate XChange Education & Research and CABA-US, a business roundtable focused on clean energy and climate resilience. Most recently Tim led Health Care Without Harm’s Massachusetts work, including convening health sector leadership bodies for the Green Ribbon Commission and the City of Boston. Tim lives with his partner and their two crazy cats in his hometown of Weymouth, Massachusetts.

Chelsea is responsible for our data and metrics deliverables, maintaining our data platforms, and awards benchmarking. With nine years of experience in the health care field, they previously served as sustainability coordinator for UT Southwestern Medical Center and as management engineer for Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and related areas. They live in Dallas with their partner Victoria and dog Gracie, and love traveling, hiking, listening to audiobooks while walking Gracie, and riding their e-bike all over town.

Hillary has 15 years of experience in health care sustainability, from managing environmental initiatives for a hospital in West Michigan to facilitating a national market transformation collaboration of more than 15 health systems and their food service and supply chain partners. She oversees content and virtual event management for the organization and amplifies innovation for the network. She holds a degree in sustainable business management. Lucia has worked to build innovative, equitable regional food systems for the past 25 years. In her current role, Lucia is responsible for designing strategies that engage health care organizations in their role as anchor institutions – to work with their local communities to build community health, wealth, and climate resilience. Lucia has been co-convening the Anchors in Resilient Communities (ARC) project in California for the past seven years.
