Hillary has nearly 15 years of experience in health care sustainability ranging from coordinating environmental initiatives for a hospital in West Michigan to facilitating a national market transformation collaboration across health care, food producers, and the supply chain. She holds a degree in sustainable business management and culinary arts. Hillary sits on the Southwest Michigan Local Food Council and enjoys spending time with her husband and son camping, off-roading, and hiking in Michigan and around the country.
