Hillary has over 12 years of experience in health care sustainability ranging from coordinating environmental initiatives for a hospital in West Michigan to facilitating a national market transformation collaboration across health care, food producers and the supply chain. She holds a degree in sustainable business management and culinary arts. Outside of work, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Benton Harbor Fruit Market, holds a seat on the Southwest Michigan Local Food Council and enjoys spending time with her husband and son camping, off-roading and hiking in Michigan and around the country.
