I don’t know how to log in or I don’t have credentials to access member resources.
If you are one of your organization’s main points of contact for Practice Greenhealth, please revisit the “welcome” or “onboarding” email sent to you at the beginning of your partnership to find your membership access code.
If you are not one of your organization’s main points of contact, please reach out to the sustainability lead within your organization, who will be able to provide the membership access code.
I don’t know how to reset my password.
To reset your password:
- Click the "Forgot Password" link and enter your corporate email address.
- If you've registered before and your email address matches our record, an email with a one-time link will be sent.
- You can use that link to set a new password.
I did not receive a link when I tried to reset my password.
Occasionally, email systems block the email that contains your temporary password link. Please be sure to start by checking your spam or junk folders.
If the email is not found there, make sure you have listed noreply@practicegreenhealth.org as a safe sender so your organization’s filters do not blacklist emails from that address. You may need to contact your IT department to help whitelist any email coming from Practice Greenhealth.
