This government toolkit has been developed to assist organizations engaged in health care facility climate resilience as they improve their response to extreme weather events.

Jon has designed and implemented learning-oriented monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the United States. His work has focused on climate change mitigation, resilience, food security, education, and economic development.
