Yeshoda is a finance professional with over three years of experience in the finance sector and more than two years in the nonprofit sector. She holds an M.S. in finance and has hands-on experience budgeting, re-forecasting, allocating restricted funds, auditing, preparing monthly statements, month-end closing, and in accounts payable, reconciliations, and more. Jon has designed and implemented learning-oriented monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the United States. His work has focused on climate change mitigation, resilience, food security, education, and economic development.
