With a background in ecology and environmental biology, she has 10 years of experience in experiential environmental education and has worked at RUSH University Medical Center for five years, in facilities management and sustainability. She was named one of Crain’s 2023 Notable Leaders in Sustainability. Chelsea is responsible for our data and metrics deliverables, maintaining our data platforms, and awards benchmarking. With nine years of experience in the health care field, they previously served as sustainability coordinator for UT Southwestern Medical Center and as management engineer for Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and related areas. They live in Dallas with their partner Victoria and dog Gracie, and love traveling, hiking, listening to audiobooks while walking Gracie, and riding their e-bike all over town.

John earned an MBA and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, and he graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.S. in molecular and cellular biology. At the start of his career, he worked as a cancer researcher at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. John is excited to be advocating for his two passions: sustainability and public health.
