Rachael is an international development professional with experience in program implementation, research, strategy, communications, operations, business development, management, and fundraising. She worked for nine years with the nonprofit social enterprise Educate! in Kampala, Uganda, where she held progressively senior roles and stewarded growth that included expansion to two new countries and budget growth of nearly 10 times. Rachael has volunteered and worked for youth development and microfinance organizations in the United States, Europe, and Central America, and is vice chair of the board of directors for a community-based organization in Uganda called Imagine Her.
