Over forty Practice Greenhealth partners have committed to reducing their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from food through plant-forward action. This cohort includes a mixture of levels of experience in executing plant-forward concepts which creates a good opportunity for peer-to-peer learning. Members will have the opportunity to share marketing and menuing strategies as well as data collection methodologies.

  1. How do you create plant-forward dishes? Do you create twists on traditional or comfort foods or aim to create something entirely new?

  3. What resources are most valuable for creating plant-forward menus?

  1. What strategies do you use to market plant-forward dishes so that they sell and are successful menu items? 
  2. How do you address the tension between communicating that a dish is vegan/vegetarian without turning off consumers that would not normally select such dishes? 
  3. What strategies do you use to make a plant-forward dish sound appealing to a consumer?
