Tim comes to us with diverse experience in climate and energy-focused policy and advocacy. His previous climate work includes roles at Climate XChange Education & Research and CABA-US, a business roundtable focused on clean energy and climate resilience. Most recently Tim led Health Care Without Harm’s Massachusetts work, including convening health sector leadership bodies for the Green Ribbon Commission and the City of Boston. Tim lives with his partner and their two crazy cats in his hometown of Weymouth, Massachusetts.

Chelsea is responsible for our data and metrics deliverables, maintaining our data platforms, and awards benchmarking. With nine years of experience in the health care field, they previously served as sustainability coordinator for UT Southwestern Medical Center and as management engineer for Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and related areas. They live in Dallas with their partner Victoria and dog Gracie, and love traveling, hiking, listening to audiobooks while walking Gracie, and riding their e-bike all over town.

Prior to joining Health Care Without Harm, Mariano worked as Oxfam’s global program manager and led the organization’s advocacy work in Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, China, South Africa, Mexico, and Turkey. He led multi-issue campaigns and managed a flagship program to empower civil society networks. Mariano brings extensive experience working with civil society networks and coalitions to influence change at the national and global levels.

John loves food and spends most of his day thinking about what he will make for dinner. When he isn’t meal planning, John leads the organization’s work on the intersection between food and climate. He supports health care organizations in implementing plant-forward menus, and in reducing food waste through source reduction and donation. He earned his Master of Science from Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition, specializing in the agriculture, food, and environment program.

Emma has dedicated herself over the last 25 years to building a better food system – one that nourishes our bodies, our communities, and our planet. In her current role, she leads a team of content experts and organizers to engage the health care sector to use its economic, social, and political influence to support the development of healthy, sustainable, and equitable food systems. Emma holds a master’s degree in urban and environmental planning from Arizona State University.

Kervi brings several years of experience across diverse HR functions. Her journey at Health Care Without Harm and Practice Greenhealth began as an intern, before she was promoted to HR and administrative coordinator and then people and culture manager. She previously served in a local government HR role, advising on employee relations matters and conducting investigations. When not spending time with her kids and husband, she enjoys outdoor adventures, trying new restaurants, attending musical performances, and kicking back with a good book.

Before joining Health Care Without Harm, Erin led global programs at Bohemian Foundation, managing a portfolio of international grants and other investments addressing global challenges in health, poverty, and the environment.
