When she is not traveling, she loves growing fruit, flowers, and vegetables.

Based in the New York City area, she loves being outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, and hammocking around the Lower Hudson Valley.

John loves food and spends most of his day thinking about what he will make for dinner. When he isn’t meal planning, John leads the organization’s work on the intersection between food and climate. He supports health care organizations in implementing plant-forward menus, and in reducing food waste through source reduction and donation. He earned his Master of Science from Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition, specializing in the agriculture, food, and environment program.

Yeshoda is a finance professional with over three years of experience in the finance sector and more than two years in the nonprofit sector. She holds an M.S. in finance and has hands-on experience budgeting, re-forecasting, allocating restricted funds, auditing, preparing monthly statements, month-end closing, and in accounts payable, reconciliations, and more. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, she currently resides in Queens, New York. Her life motto is, "No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted."
