Tim brings several years of experience in the health care supply chain specializing in the operating room. He brings this experience and a desire to always learn and grow to drive environmental initiatives in health care. He is currently attaining his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. From spicy tempeh chorizo to Thai hazelnut soba noodles and soy curls to green chickpea guacamole, each dish builds on locally available plant proteins – including some of the innovative products we developed with health care systems, and local producers and food processors for our regional plant-based protein project.
