With nine years of experience in the health care field, they previously served as sustainability coordinator for UT Southwestern Medical Center and as management engineer for Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and related areas. They live in Dallas with their partner Victoria and dog Gracie, and love traveling, hiking, listening to audiobooks while walking Gracie, and riding their e-bike all over town.

With a background in ecology and environmental biology, she has 10 years of experience in experiential environmental education and spent five years at RUSH University Medical Center in facilities management and sustainability. Scott has over 20 years of experience in consulting, relationship management, and nonprofit leadership, and brings a unique perspective to craft strategies, forge partnerships, and drive change.
