Amalfi pasta in a silky zucchini sauce

Linguini, cooked
Zucchini, cut into strips
Zucchini, cut into coins
Garlic, chopped
Unsalted butter
Parmesan cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Salt
Aleppo flakes
Reserved pasta cooking water
preparation
Instructions
1. Cook pasta and reserve cooking water.
2. Sauté zucchini in olive oil 2 minutes.
3. Add garlic, butter, and salt and cook about 3 minutes.
4. Add ¾ cup reserved pasta water and reduce.
5. Add pasta and toss to coat. Add remaining ¾ cup pasta water until sauce thickens.
6. Plate and garnish with 1 ounce basil and 1 ounce grated parmesan cheese.
7. Roast zucchini coins until golden brown and serve as garnish.
