Kara Fink

Kara most recently worked as Community Organized Relief Effort’s program officer for knowledge management and organizational learning. In this role, she strengthened program learning and impact across global teams, led program reviews, and supported responses to climate-related crises. Kara also spent over a decade building welcoming communities at the Idaho Office for Refugees. She is passionate about learning, exploring new places, and drinking really good coffee.
