Discussion questions:

  1. How can procurement policies be tailored to incentivize sustainable purchasing behaviors among suppliers and internal stakeholders effectively?
  2. What are the most common barriers to implementing and enforcing procurement policies aimed at sustainability, and how can organizations overcome these obstacles?
  3. In what ways can procurement policies be continuously monitored and adjusted to ensure they remain aligned with evolving sustainability standards and organizational objectives?
