Securing leadership support forum
1–2 pm ET (10–11 am PT)
This session will provide Practice Greenhealth partners with a forum to share their experiences obtaining leadership support for sustainability program success. Facilitators will guide participants through an interactive exercise to practice using environmental hooks along with mission alignment and operational benefits channels of appeal. Partners will exchange ideas and their experiences navigating barriers in the process of securing leadership support.

This event is part of the Accelerating Health Care Sustainability series. To get the most out of this series, we strongly suggest attending both the introductory session and the corresponding discussion forum during the same week. For partners who already have experience in the topic, attending the introductory session is not a prerequisite for participation in the discussion forum.
