The majority of her career has been dedicated to the nonprofit professional services sector, where she has built a reputation for cultivating award-winning, "best-in-class" inclusive workplace cultures. Backed by deep HR expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills, Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science in HR/Industrial Relations and a Master of Science in Management with an HR specialization. Outside of her professional life, Kendra is a family-oriented advocate for self-care and an avid food reviewer.
