Stan Robinson, University of Chicago Hospitals
Stan Robinson is The University of Chicago Medical Center’s Director of Environmental Services (EVS). He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the EVS. Stan reports directly to Mark Urquhart, Vice President of Facilities, Design and Construction. Stan is currently responsible for 3.2 million square feet of Medical Center and University Campus, managing a budget of 15.5 million dollars annually. He has received The Marion E. Wade Award of Excellence, the highest honor given to an Environmental Services Director as a top performer in the field of Health Care, twice over the past 21 years. Stan brings new, innovative and high expectations to the EVS department as he develops a strong work force and management team. He is very customer focused and responsive to the needs of all he serves.

Lisa Hardesty, President & CEO of Health Care Support Services
Lisa Hardesty, President and CEO of Healthcare Support Services is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Consultant (CHCC) and Healthcare Environmental Manager (HEM) with over 10 years of experience in hospital environment of care programs. Healthcare Support Services has worked with several hospitals in managing waste (typically reducing red bag waste by 30 to 60%), several hospitals with energy conservation, and has performed over 100 OSHA mock inspections and USDOT trainings. Healthcare Support Services is an H2E Champion for Change. As an H2E Champion for Change, Healthcare Support Services mission is to help health care professionals properly manage all waste steams, improve operational efficiency, and increase compliance. Lisa has helped dozens of hospitals develop and implement waste minimizations initiatives using a five phase program. In addition to waste minimization, this program is adaptable to pollution prevention, energy conservation and product utilization.

Lisa Roux, Catholic Medical, Manchester, NH
Lisa Roux is started her nursing career in 1987 and has been the VP of Surgical Services at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH since March 2006. Prior to joining Catholic Medical, LIsa was the Director of Surgical Services at Cooley Dickinson for 4 years.
