Richard Beam, Providence Health & Services
Richard Beam, MBA, Director, Energy Management Services, Providence Health & Services, has more than 30 years experience in energy related fields. Richard’s extensive background includes energy – mechanical design and applications engineering; construction and contract management, and electric utility account management. He has been Providence’s Energy Manager for the last eleven years, working with their Facilities Directors, Utility Companies, and Energy Service Providers in Alaska, California, Oregon, Washington, and Montana. Richard has earned degrees and certificates in mechanical engineering, communications, and business.

Lorissa MacAllister, Progressive AE
Lorissa joined Progressive AE in 2003 as a Healthcare Studio Leader. Prior to joining Progressive AE, Lorissa served as the healthcare designer, planner, and programmer for a national architectural firm where she provided her expertise on several hospital master plans and hospital expansion new projects. Lorissa has several years of professional experience in healthcare master planning, designing, programming, and sustainable healthcare design. She approaches the design and programming of a facility through process-based planning. Lorissa is working locally on developing quality measures in physician practices with the Alliance for Health with the support of a Robert Wood Johnson foundation grant.
