These examples can help you create a standard supplier questionnaire or standard contract language addressing general environmental issues that apply to most suppliers.

The scorecard outlines important environmental criteria and asks about a company’s environmental commitment. Kaiser welcomes others to use this scorecard in their purchasing processes.
